I have a report contains 22 different slides/dashboards, I fed my chat agent with the knowledge about how it should review all the pages seperately but the summaries given by it not accurate or consistent at my every run.

Could you explain a bit more in depth on what’s taking place?
Is it struggling with all questions asked? Are there any trends in the answers that are being given inaccurately? How similar is the data throughout the report? Is it getting confused by specific fields?
Did you provide your agent with any type of details on how to accurately read the report if there are common fields that may confuse the agent?

all of the details Brett give is applicable to my situation. Chat agent gives Inaccurate reviews regarding to trends and it is not able to review some pages on some runs, for example in first run it is able to review the data on page A, but at second run it says I can not read it. I dont know what triggers wrong review/inability to read data. I can show you my way of work in a convenient time. Thank you
Thank you for the additional information regarding your scenario. Since your are getting different results in back-to-back runs like you mentioned this leads me to think this is some type of system bug. I would suggest creating a support ticket so that you can get more direct assistance pertaining to your account.
