Im having issues updating a Dataset with large amounts of data

Im getting an error updating the FFI Vendor Dataset its stating there are 0 rows imported to spice im working to build a dashboard but having issues uploading and updating the dataset with weekly metrics.

Welcome to the Quick Community! I wonder if this could be due to SPICE capacity or some other account-based issue. I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they may be able to look into your account further and see if that is indeed the case.

Just to confirm, do you mean you are unable due to not having the right support plan or a different reason?

it just brings me to the case management wiki without providing a link to create a ticket directly. Is there a poc I can reach out to to further assist on this?

Hi @diaselel,

You can find the steps to create a support case a little further down in the documentation, under the heading “Changing the severity level of your support case”. You just need to go into your AWS Management Console and go into Support Center. From there, select the “Technical” support case option and proceed from there.

I am still unable to create a ticket. Do you know if I need permissions to access the AWS Login? Do you have a POC I can message to trouble shoot this issue?

Yes you should have access to AWS. I assume you are a Quicksight user?

Hello so im still having issues uploading large datasets into quicksuite still i learned that it can only house 6 weeks of data is it possible to increase this?
