Our analysts are reporting new issues with the import feature (importing a visual from a different analysis). After clicking on “import” they sometimes are greeted with the window to select an analysis and then a visual to select but then the that window disappears and clicking on import again does nothing.
Is anyone else having a similar experience? We’ve tested in both our embedded dashboard environment and directly in quicksight.
I just tested out the importing feature in two separate accounts and had no issues completing the import. I agree this sounds like a bug as it’s happening in your environment but not ours, I would suggest creating a support ticket so that you can report this and get additional assistance from the AWS support team.
