I was trying to copy existing visuals from one analysis board to another, but the “Import” function doesn’t seem to be working for me. I first tried yesterday afternoon and it failed, and it’s still not working this morning.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or is the AWS team already looking into it?

I just tested out the import feature in two different environments and it worked in both for me.
Are you receiving any type of error when attempting to import?
Also, confirming if you have ownership permissions of the analysis (and the dataset used for the visual being imported)?
If you do not have access to the dataset that the visual is based on, it won’t import over because when importing a visual, it automatically attaches the dataset to that new analysis so that the visual can operate correctly.

The issue I’ve been experiencing is that the window automatically closes when I select a source dashboard for import. I’ve confirmed that I have ownership permissions for both the analysis and the datasets.
This issue has happened to my team and me before. Last time, the function started working again after a couple of days.

This may be a bug of some type; since I could not replicate the error and things are operating smoothly when I attempted the import in various environments, it may be an odd error occurring. I would suggest creating a support ticket to report this behavior and they may be able to assist further in direct relation to your account.
