In quicksight, Data flow from datasets to analysis page problem

I’ve have created one dashboard in quicksight where the data source is directly directly from the warehouse table(SQL DB). After some day, We got a new dataset set loaded into the warehouse. So I changed the joining query from inner join to left join. After joining the table I could see the dataset in the dataset page in quicksight, but the data is not loaded into the existing dashboard which I used the dataset before.

Even on early days, one time for the same dashboard it happened so I recreated the dashboard. It worked for few days. Yesterday I changed the table joins and then data flow stopped from dataset to analysis page.

Kindly let me know if someone has any idea on this !!

Hi @karthick3 - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. When you have change the join condition, did you save the dataset as well. if not, please save and before checking the dashboard, please verify whether you are getting the results in Analysis first. Ideally this should work.

If you are getting the data in Analysis, publish to the same dashboard. You should not create the dashboard from scratch.

Hi @Sanjeeb2022 . Thanks for the replay. Yes I have save it after changing the table join. Even I have refreshed the data from the warehouse database but still I’m facing this problem.

Hi @karthick3 - Can you please raise a ticket to AWS Customer support team so that they can see your issue by screen share. This kind of issues can be resolved quickly by sharing the screen and get more details on the issue.
