Custom query dataset is not loading into visual

Hi Team, I did multiple joins of existing datasets in the new experience mode, i can see the preview.

But data is not loading and refreshed failed multiple times. Also not able to load in the visual

Could you please verify join keys are correctly set and matching between datasets, mismatched keys cause empty result sets.

Check for any filters applied in the dataset or on the joins that might be filtering out all rows.

data is loading but this is the error

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
