Quick Suite visuals not loading (but the datasets are ok)

In case someone is having the same problem, the visuals aren’t loading but the datasets (stored in spice or directly queried from athena) are retrieving data. I tried creating new analyses, visuals with no filters, etc.

I suppose it’s not a network problem since the problem is coming from inside the tool, the account is from work and can’t post any screenshots. Pls help!

It would be great if you can share screenshots of the visual that is not showing any data or Could you please share what are you seeing in the visual exactly?

The visuals keep loading in analyses or dashboards, even when I create new ones (data sources, data sets, analyses, dashboards), I’ve tried with different data sources :frowning:

My user has author and admin permissions, I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

@lelem - That’s strange. I haven’t faced this so far.

I would recommend to create AWS support ticket so that our support engineers will be able to check the logs assist further on this.

Here are the steps for opening a support ticket - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
