Please help me, why i always facing problem, “always loading” when start visualize, the visual can not appear ?
Until an hour still loading. I already tried using spice or direct query for datasets and using any data sources.
I would confirm that you are using and only using SPICE.
Then, you will need to wait till that data is all loaded into SPICE.
Finally, I would make sure that you don’t have a lot of colors in your visuals (i.e color grouped by a field that has a lot of different values)

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
All the data already loaded into spice properly and only using spice, but it’s still not working and maybe I will open up a case.
