Hi @MikeB

check out these two posts that seem to be on the same issue:

  1. Applied Filters disappears when downloaded as PDF

  2. Download to PDF Doesn't Retain Filtered Values in PDF

you can try a few things:

  1. if you can, open up a Support ticket from your AWS console
  2. try using Parameters in Filter Controls
  3. move the controls to the sheet to print them along with the visuals. This might force the filter values to show up
