Hello, I´d like to connect Salesforce to Quick, however it asks me about the Outh credentials. I´ve the respective information and videos on how to do it. However, I don´t find i.e. App Manager in my Salesforce Account to enable new connected apps and proceed with the setup. I even also dont´know who is the Admin in my Org to grant access etc. Could you please help.

Unfortunately as this is a public user forum, I do not have access to your individual private account information. Moreover, gaining permissions from your admin will be the most crucial factor in integrating Salesforce to your quick suite account. I would strongly recommend searching within your organization for you can potentially grant you access or else you will not be able to complete the integration.
