Instead of applying parameters or filters to individual visuals or an entire dataset, can we apply them to all visuals on a single sheet?
An example would be to create a sheet for 2022 data only and another for 2023 separately.

Yes, Quicksight filters support multiple visual configuration.
You can apply it on all visuals or only for selected visuals too.

Thanks, Ashok! I was hoping there would be something where, if I add a new visual to a sheet, that the filter is automatically applied to that visual. But only for that sheet, not other sheets.

Yes @ian.kerman, Filters are limited to sheet. Any new visual added to the sheet will have filter, if its configured as All applicable visuals / All visuals of this dataset (if the visuals is from same dataset).
