Yeah you need the text as a field within the same dataset as the visual.

It’s a bit complicated and not really satisfying. As tooltip is only available for some visuals i used a bar chart with one value and a tooltip. [grafik] If a workaround would be to click something there is an better option. You could use an image to click on and show/hide the infobox.
