I’ve noticed an issue with the QS filters for managers and agents. The managers filter allows users to select one manager at a time, while the agents filter displays relevant values from the selected manager and only allows users to select one agent at a time.
However, I’m encountering a problem with refreshing the agent list. For example, when I select Manager A and Agent ‘AZ’, everything appears to be working properly. But when I switch to Manager B, the agent filter still displays ‘AZ’ in the list, even though it’s not relevant for that manager.
This issue is concerning because it could lead to confusion for users who rely on accurate filtering. I believe it’s important to fix this issue as soon as possible to ensure the best user experience. Can the QS Community please look into this and provide a resolution?
