JIRA connections not showing all data

I have a JIRA connection in quicksight to support a dataset using JIRA as it’s datasource. The connection is working, I have most of the data, but the hierarchy of issue to epic, sub task, priority, due date, tester, if it’s linked to another issue/epic, etc. doesn’t show up. I can see issues, assignee, issue type etc., but it’s missing some important information.

Anyone know why some data wouldn’t be showing up? I asked JIRA support, and they said it would be a quicksight issue, not JIRA.
