Last Month, Last 3 months and Month to date calculations in same table

I need to be able to present a table including 3 calculations of a specific measure, let’s say Order ID.

I need to have the Client as a dimension and then 3 calculated fields calculating the MTD, Last month and last 3 months Orders (Count Distinct)

Could someone help as I am not yet that familiar with such calculations in Quicksight.
