I have two quicksight environments beta and prod. The URL to quicksight dashboard is linked from our internal system UI. The issue I am facing is once a user is logged in through SSO in beta QS, when they click on the dashboard link for prod QS in the same browser session, it still takes them to beta QS account. What are potential solutions to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately there are no current work arounds for this scenario, Quick Sight does not allow you to be logged in to more than 1 account at a given time. To access your assets in one account, you will need to log out of any other account first so that you can properly login to the other.
The best work arounds for this would be to setup separate accounts for a given user in each account or instead of setting up separate accounts, using namespaces or folders to split up the assets within an account more securely.

A simple solution would be to run a different web-browser for the second login.
For example, load the testing environment in MS Edge, and the Production environment in Chrome. Or, you could also start a Chrome Incognito session for one of them to separate it from the other.
