Missing Bars in Log Scaled Stacked Bar Charts

I have been using QuickSight for nearly two years, but a few weeks ago, I started encountering an error I’ve never seen before.

I have several bar charts using a logarithmic scale that look fine in the analysis and dashboard views. However, when the dashboard is exported to PDF or sent as an email attachment, these visuals appear broken. The bars are missing, but the data labels still appear where the bars should be. This issue only occurs with stacked or vertical bar charts using a log scale.

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
