Not Able to export the Quicksight Report as pdf file

Hi,
I am trying to export the quicksight dashboard page as pdf but I getting below error, can anyone help me. why I am getting this error.

No, It won’t help me, as I am not getting error msg for failure. Is anyone know why it is failing.

In my dashboard I have 5 tabs, is this the reason for the failure ??

Can you please republish the dashboard with the ‘Enable PDF download’ option checked in the advanced publish settings, and then try to export the PDF.

yeah, it is enabled. I have verified it.

Are you able to download the PDF file now? When you try to download the PDF, is it failing on all five tabs?

No, Still I am not able to download the PDF file. yes it’s failing for all.

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

Hello @achourey,

If you have access to the analysis, you can use the print option for the time being. I suggest you take advantage of the Print option.

Please choose the appropriate size from the options listed below.

Then, go to the preview and save it as a PDF.

Thank you for the suggestion, I knew that approach currently I am using it only but I want to know that why the pdf feature is not working?

Hi @achourey,
As Xclipse mentioned earlier, this must be a bug within the system which would be the reason for it potentially not working. I would suggest filing a support case to get this squared away.

I’ll go ahead and close this but feel free to update with any news received from the support ticket if they’re able to help fix.
