Monthly limit

Hi, I run out of a monthly limit when using the Amazon Quick App / Agent. How can I bypass the limit? My colleagues don’t have the same restriction. Only the URL would continue working.

Hi @nabeelad

Welcome to the Quick community!

The monthly usage limit in Amazon Quick is configured at the organizational level by your IT or Quick administrator. Unfortunately, it’s not a setting that can be adjusted or bypassed from within the app itself. Since your colleagues don’t appear to have the same restriction, it’s likely that your account is assigned to a different usage tier or group.

Here are a few steps I’d recommend:

  • Open Amazon Quick and go to Settings -> Capabilities -> Connections -> Authentication. Please confirm you’re signed in with the same corporate account your colleagues are using. Sometimes being signed in under a different identity can place you in a different quota group.

  • Contact your IT administrator: Ask them to review your assigned usage tier and ensure it’s aligned with your team’s. They control the per-user and per-group limits and can adjust them if needed.

  • If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, you can open an AWS Support case. Here are the steps to do so, Creating a support case. Please note, if your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket with your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open a case on your behalf.
