Ever since my account was linked to the professional license, I’ve only been able to use Amazon Quick for 2 hours a month. I sought solutions from my local IT team and IT Help, but no one was able to help me. In the “amazon-quick-support” Slack group, I was told to contact my Amazon Quick administrator to request an upgrade to my account.
I found this strange because I used to have unrestricted access, and no one else on my site has reported the same issue. How do I find out who this administrator is?
I’m sorry to hear about the difficulty you’ve been experiencing.
Since this is a public community forum, we unfortunately don’t have visibility into private account details, so we’re unable to troubleshoot this directly on your behalf.
For the quickest resolution, I’d recommend reaching out to one of the following:
Your AWS account administrator: They can view and manage Quick license tiers and user provisioning. Your Amazon Quick Suite administrator: They can adjust permissions and upgrade your plan. Your internal IT team: They can help identify who holds the admin role if it’s unclear.
Please refer to the following documentation, which may be helpful to you.
Please check with your manager or the person who granted you Quick Suite access, this would typically be your AWS or Quick Suite administrator.
As this is a public community forum, we unfortunately don’t have visibility into private account details and are unable to assist directly with account-specific issues. Your administrator should be able to help you further.
Since we have not heard back from you, I’ll go ahead and close/archive this topic. However, if you have any additional questions, feel free to create a new topic in the community and link this discussion for relevant information.
