Need to send dashboard as pdf through email in a schedule manner to an external users.
Can I share my dashboard as this way to an external users?

Hi @priyanka1 - At present to share the dashboard as pdf to any user, user must be a QickSight user ( either reader or author). In your case, I believe the user is not part of QuickSight, in that case you can’t send the pdf automatically.

Thank you ! So If we want to send dashboard as pdf in email , we should be either author or reader .

Thank you @priyanka1 . In past we also requested to AWS whether any report or dashboard can be download as pdf and store in S3. Then we can use other AWS services and share the pdf even if the user is not in the QuickSight. But that feature is not available now.

you may use Pixel Perfect Reporting ( Paginated Reporting) to achieve it.
