We have built a standard Quick Sight Dashboard containing data of multiple users with user_name as a control parameter. We want to schedule auto sharing of the PDF version and CSV data via email based on user_name.

This is currently not possible.
You can only email pdfs via schedules in quicksight that have a set list of emails.
