Hello Haiton,
First of all, Welcome to the QuickSight Community. Regarding the issue reported, I would say the behavior is the expected functionality of QuickSight’s export and print features. When exporting a dashboard as a PDF, only the snapshot/view of the dashboard is captured, not the entire content of scrollable tables.
Please refer here old post -
For tables and pivot tables with multiple columns/rows requiring scrolling to view the full data, QuickSight does not yet support exporting the entire table into a PDF.
The exports only include data that currently displays in the item that you choose.

For your use case, there are two recommended workarounds:
- Use Pixel Perfect paginated reporting, which generates highly formattable multi-page reports that can include complete data. Pixel perfect reports are designed to be viewed from a specific point in time and can be printed or downloaded as a PDF or CSV.
- Export the data to CSV or Excel format instead of PDF. For tables and pivot tables, you can export data to a comma-separated value (CSV) file or Microsoft Excel file, and you can choose to export only visible fields or all fields.

To export all fields, choose the menu at the upper-right of the visual, select either Export to CSV or Export to Excel, and then choose “Export all fields to CSV” or “Export all fields to Excel”.
Note that when exporting to Excel, there is a limit of approximately 40,000 rows.

If you need more data, exporting to CSV is recommended as it may support up to around 1 million rows.
Hope this gives some idea and help.
Cheers,
Deep
