The printed PDF output does not match the visible screen content

First, I confirm that I understand only data showing on screen will be printed

Environment:

  • Windows 11 with display scaling set to 100%
  • Browser zoom level set to less than 100%
  • The table has a header with two rows, and many data rows (appears a scrollbar).

Problem:

When I scroll down (to the middle or bottom of the table) and then click the Print icon:

The printed PDF output does not match the visible screen content.

  • Most of cases, rows are shifted upward in the printed output. (The last row can’t see, the extra row display)
  • The second row of the table header (my table has a two-row header) is missing in the PDF (You can test with browser zoom about 75%)
  • Sometimes, no data rows are displayed at all in the printed result (You can test with browser zoom 25%)

Hello @haiton2606

I tested this on my side and I’m seeing similar behavior. Instead of scrolling to a specific point on your table I would recommend filtering to the data you want to see and then printing. You can also export the tables as excel and CSVs. For the two line headers, I would make sure that the headers have enough height. This was not an issue that I was able to recreate.

Here is an example of what my table looked like after filtering my dashboard and then printing:

I will try this approach. Thanks for your support!
