When changed my Org I lost permission to Analysis in amazonbi and could not access anymore to a dashboard I created. On top of that also the colleague I assigned as admin lost the access to this.

As a user can be assigned to multiple organizations/accounts, the analyses and dashboards are stored within an organization’s account, not a user’s account. So they will only be accessible within that account. In terms of the colleague you assigned as the admin, do they still have access to the account that held the analysis?
To figure out access, I would suggest contacting the admin of the QuickSight account that holds the Analysis for further assistance as community users do not have the ability to access accounts/private information.
