Permissions for Chat agents

I am trying to grant permissions to a chat agent to a large group of leaders (all L8+ leaders in WWOps) How can I do this without adding each person one at a time. Ideally, we just share the link without the extra step of permissions

We are having a similar request as embedding one of our Chat agents to the frontend page. We’re using Anonymous User Embedding as for Q perviously. However Announcing embedded chat in Amazon Quick Suite | AWS Business Intelligence Blog specify that must be registered user embedding for now.
Would like to know:

  1. is the Anonymous User Embedding Chat Agent in the Roadmap?
  2. What is the best practice for the case that using Anonymous User Embedding shift to supports Registered User Embedding?

Hi @tamroush and @longzhiw1,

Hope everything is well! Due to how user authentication capabilities currently behave on Quick, I do not believe the bulk permission granting and anonymous user embedding are currently possible. However, I will make sure to mark this post as a Feature Request so as to further promote to the AWS Team!

Thank you!
