What are the sharing/visibility settings for custom chat agents, and do I have the necessary permissions to make an agent publicly available? In other words, how can I make my custom chat agent available to all users in the organization without having to add them individually by email?

When sharing a custom chat agent, you have options to control who can access it. Instead of adding individual users by email, you can share the agent more broadly with groups or your entire organization, depending on your organization’s settings and your permissions.

Thank you for your response. What I want to actually do, is provide the Chat Agent link in our internal wiki so that anyone can access it from there without having to add them either individually by emails or broadly with groups. Is that doable?

When sharing a custom chat agent, you should be able to post a link and anyone with access to the chat agent should be able to click on it and use the chat agent.
However, when you are on the sharing the chat agent, this screen will pop up. You can see in the screenshot in the bottom left corner there is a ‘Copy link’ box and when you hover your cursor over it a message will pop up saying ‘Only users with access to this resource can use this link’. From how I interpret and to answer your question, you can post a link somewhere that will direct you straight to the chat agent, but you will still need to manually grant permissions to specific users or groups so that they can use the chat agent from the link.

Hi Jacob, I have the same issue of making my Chat Agent accessible for anyone who has the link since it’s broad users that I cannot share to one by one.
