I have created a customized chat agent in amazon quick suite and integrated in my web application through embed url. My application has many dealers so i want to perform dealer level restriction on chat agent like based on login application dealer, chat agent has to restrict. Also, is there a way to customize the chat agent theme according to my application.

Welcome to the Quick Community! To establish chat agent permissions for various users, I would definitely recommend looking at this documentation, as it goes over basic viewer/owner permissions, along with custom permissions such as completely restricting access to a chat agent. For chat agent themes (if you are referring to customizing it with colors and logos for example), I cannot find anything in regard to embedded chat agents specifically. However, I would still look into general brand customization, as it might also reflect on your application after set up.
