Pivot Table Including Rows with No Values

Hello All

Would appreciate any insights into the following.

I need to produce a pivot table that contains all of the rows shown in the image, including those with no values for the periods specified in the columns.

Is there any way I can do this, avoiding the ‘null’ column?

Thanks!

Hi @hopeah

Have you tried the Exclude null option to see if that removes the null column?

Regards,
Giri

Hi Giri, the issue is that if I filter out the nulls I will also lose the rows that contain no data (ie ATO and RSP, etc.).

I would like to find a way to retain these rows without the need for the null column.

Hi @hopeah,
It’s been awhile since last communication took place, are you still working on this or were you able to find a work around in the time since?

In response to what you said about filtering out the nulls, if you’re just filtering out the nulls for your actual column field, why would that remove the ATO and RSP options?
Or instead, would you be able to limit the months being returned in your column field? That way it should exclude the first section.

Let us know if you have any additional questions, if we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll close out this topic.

Thank you!
