Row, Column and Value names are renamed in the Properties. When export data as csv, only column name is showing the new name. Row and value names are not! Is this a bug?

I just tested this out as well; I had a similar outcome with the row names not updating but my column and value names updated correctly based on what I typed in so I agree this may be a bug.
I’ll tag this as a feature request for support team to take a look at.
