Can you please provide additional context on what you are trying to achieve with this pivot table. What is the expected and actual behaviour that is being shown.
Is the pivot table not updating based on user filtering?

do you have that issue on all pivot tables?
Is it for the column names as well?

It is a dynamic reporting table. When you change the name of the rows in properties → value names, they do not change in the table, the solution was to recreate the report, it will be a visual or situational bug
