Points map is not working in Quicksight

Hi @Venkat.Metadata , Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. I have conducted a quick test in my lab setup using sample latitude and longitude data, and the functionality appears to be operating as expected.

I would recommend following actions:

  • Clearing your cookie, caches & delete browsing history and attempt again. Alternatively, try accessing through a different web browser to see if that helps.

  • If the issue still persist then I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
