A: Yes, absolutely. You can replicate the dashboards in your own data set. If you want the dashboard or the data set used in the demo, it can be shared — it’s just a fictional data set. So yes, you can replicate this in your own environment.


Q: Can you show how you’re using it with Slack, and can Slack activate your agent?

A: Yes! When you create a Space, you can go to Actions and choose Slack, Outlook, or any other integration — like Asana, Teams, SharePoint, etc. In the demo, Slack was added as one of the action integrations. This way, you can tell your agent to send a message to a specific person or send an alert message every Friday, and it will perform that action via Slack.


Q: Can the transport agent support the creation of visuals in its answers for structured data like the Topics Q&A?

A: It depends on the question you’re asking. Sometimes the chat agent will give you visuals — for example, if you ask for a comparison or a specific visual, it is able to create it. However, the default experience is more chat-like, with a paragraph or bulleted answer rather than a visual. So visuals are possible but not the default behavior.
