Quick Suite Integrations Actions not showing in Agents and Spaces

Hello,

I’ve been testing the new features in Quick Suite, and they look amazing!

I added some Integration Actions — a few for SAP Business Partners and REST APIs — but none of them are appearing in Spaces or Chat Agents.

None of them appears in spaces or Chat Agents.

Also, the documentation mentions several features and options, such as OAuth 2.0 setup, which don’t seem to be available.

I tried switching regions as well, but the issue remains.

Nice seeing you back in the Quick Suite Community! This is definitely interesting that they are not popping up for you after the integration actions become available. I would definitely reach out to AWS Support by creating a support case, as they may be able to assist you further or at least provide insight as to why it is currently behaving that way.

As for the OAuth 2.0, I am not sure if you have looked into this already, but this documentation should help with setting this up in Atlassian. This should then allow you to connect it to either one of Quick Suite’s Atlassian cloud integrations. Let me know if this helps!

While I can’t seem to be able to replicate the problem, I wonder if it has something to do with custom permissions.

Can you check that you don’t have any custom permissions enabled in the account?

You can go to the top-right icon of a person, select “Manage Quick Suite” and then from the left menu go to Permissions and select “Custom permissions”

Hi, thanks for reporting this issue. The Rest API and SAP Action Connectors are only available for Automations, so you won’t see them available in Chat Agent based features such as spaces. We will update the existing documentation to better reflect this.

Thank you. If you mean that Action Connectors are only available for Flows, they still don’t appear there either.
