Quick Suite Not reading Documents Open

I am having with Quick Suite and AZA, I have developed an app that uses prompts to review CVs that has been approved by the AI legal team but since coming back from PTO Aza or Quick Suite will not read open CVs on Hire or Rapid Review which it would before, I have asked the question in Slack but not getting anywhere. without this issue being resolved my app is useless and all roads lead back to speaking with an administrator, which is where you might be able to help?
