This error is showing on 2 separate aws accounts, I am not sure why because I am the admin user on both and I did not pass any parameters while creating the account that would not allow account deletion because the error would then show that.
I am getting charged for these accounts so I want to delete my account .
AWS support team has also not responded after creating an internal ticket. please help.
Kindly confirm you have disbaled termination protection by using the Quick Sight UI or through API. After this is done, you can delete your Quick Sight account using the UI or API.
Also verify you are using the same IAM user or root account that created Amazon Quick Sight subscription and ensure you have the required permission ‘quicksight:unsubscribe’
