QuickSight Visual Load Error

Hi all,
I wanted to understand how are you guys dealing with VisualLoadError in QuickSight? We added alarms on the VisualLoadError metric but whenever that happens, because of unavailability of logs, there is no way to figure out the issue. We try accessing the dashboard, but most of the time the issue is not replicable.

As you have mentioned that the issue is not reproducible every time. is the data source via direct query or SPICE ? do you have huge number or records to be retrieved from the dashboard?

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further and recommend best approach based on your dataset and environment.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
