Quick unable to parse docx, xlsx and pptx file formats

I am adding my team’s sharepoint repo to a knowledge base and Quick is unable to sync a vast majority (over 80%) of the documents (all these are in .docx, .xlsx or .pptx file formats) and keeps giving the error “Failed to process the document. The document type (application/x-tika-ooxml) is not supported.”

How can we address / resolve this issue?

Welcome to the Quick Community! After looking into this, I believe this is indeed not possible as it is some form of zipped formatting that Quick does not support. However, I would definitely create a support ticket with AWS Support, as they can confirm if this is the case.
