I just wanted to check if there is a specific time that reports update on Insights?
The reason for this question is because I have a report which pulls through the volume of answered calls per advisor. When I have checked this against our server and other reports, there are certain advisors which don’t match up…but these seem to be advisors on the later shift.
I have checked again this morning and they now match up so it seems we need to wait for the Insights report to catch up/refresh which I assume is due to time zone (I am based in the UK).
Please could you confirm if there is a time which reports are refreshed and if so what time?
If this is not the case, please could you possible advise a fix for this?
