Report refresh - Time zone?

Hi,

I just wanted to check if there is a specific time that reports update on Insights?

The reason for this question is because I have a report which pulls through the volume of answered calls per advisor. When I have checked this against our server and other reports, there are certain advisors which don’t match up…but these seem to be advisors on the later shift.

I have checked again this morning and they now match up so it seems we need to wait for the Insights report to catch up/refresh which I assume is due to time zone (I am based in the UK).

Please could you confirm if there is a time which reports are refreshed and if so what time?

If this is not the case, please could you possible advise a fix for this?

Are you the owner of these assets and/or the datasets in use? This should be based on your refresh schedule that’s been setup as opposed to an overall set time frame so I would suggest to first check the datasets and their respective refresh schedules. You can view this by navigating to your ‘Datasets’ section, select the dataset, and then at the top you’ll see a menu option for ‘Refresh’. Is there a current schedule in place and if so, how is it set?
