I have a report created in Salesforce. It aggregates data per customers (total figures). The issue I encountered QuickSight ungroups reports’ data after data import step - there are multiple record rows instead of one. Are there any solutions to this problem?
@DigitalMe can you send more details to email@example.com like the request id, dataset id, the region you run your query and the timestamp you ran the query? It could be the salesforce api returns multiple rows so screen shot of what you see would also be helpful
I have managed to find a work around solution in Salesforce (complicated to describe) . I suspect it is just Salesforce API feature and there is nothing can be done about it.
