Hi,

I have the same report to be sent to the same user but filtered each time on different customer.
How can I automate the scheduling and sending the report by each customer?

You can send custom branded emails.

In order to change when they are sent, I don’t believe you can have control of that unless you create multiple different schedules and change the email addresses

Thank you for your answer.
I wanted to know how can I define one time a schedule where email will be sent to the same user. The idea is that QS will itirate through all customers and send to the user a report each time filtered on another custmer.
Is it possible to do that by one schedule and using parameter that will grab each time another customer and filter the report on this customer?

No you can’t do it based on time. You need to set that up manually at the start.

You can customize how it looks, but not when it is sent with parameters.
