I’ve created an App that requires Security Officers at site to input information. How do I grant them access? Currently, when I share the App link with a Security Officer, they are unable to access it.

Unfortunately, sharing the link alone won’t do it. Your Security Officers need to have Amazon Quick accounts first in order to access your app or any app that is created on Quick. Once they all have accounts, all you have to do next is share the app with everyone you want to have access to it and assign them the Viewer role. This way makes it so they can access the app but does not give them the ability to edit or change the app itself.
