Hey there! I’ve had an email schedule set up to send out reports every Monday. The thing is, both the email content and the attachment only show a tiny bit of what’s actually in the chosen visual. I’m wondering how I can get the complete data, at least in the attachment?

What reporting format are you using? Can you try CSV or Excel instead of PDF?
Can you try the download link option instead of attachment because the file attachment is limited to 10MB total email size?

Hi, Thanks for your response. The thing is with Excel, the conditional format will disappear. That’s why I have to use PDF but with PDF, there is not enough data in the file

It appears you are using interactive sheets in your dashboard and they will only send what is visible on screen and not the complete content.
If you want downloadable reports then your option should be using Pixel-Perfect reporting. That comes at additional cost. Please refer to the pricing section for details.
