I have connected to a service now account.. iam able to create the data source. But none of the incidents are visible. However when I directly login to service now app i can see incidents .. so can you guys confirm is there something I need to do so incidents are visible post data source set up ..iam using service now connector available in quicksight

Could you please ensure that the ServiceNow account used in Quick Sight has the necessary permissions to access the ServiceNow data.
Will service now team do it or Quicksight team How to check this please help thank you

ServiceNow team (your internal admin or support team), responsible for permissions, table access, and REST API availability.
