I want to control a graph by a calendar such that users can see data for any date range. However, I want to limit the daterange available for them to choose from be set from a datapoint. i.e, I have a datetime datapoint for “start date” and one for “end date”. So, I want to set the calendar such that It starts at “start date” and ends at “end date” .
When I try to achieve this using parameters, the moment I set parameter, it displays data to this date range but disables the control. So, users cannot pick a date or date range within that anymore.
How do I acheive this where I can control how much of the calendar they can see but also have control to pick within that range?
Hi @MHQuery , after creating the parameter, click on the 3 dots next to parameter. You will find add control option where you can add the control to the sheet or inside the analysis. Do the same for Start Date & End Date.
