Setup schedule to email dashboard to non-quicksight users

I have a daily/weekly report i would like to setup a schedule to send each day/week, however i can only add recipients who are inside our quicksight team. How can i setup this schedule so that i can send it out to external clients / people within the company who do not have access to quicksight?

Hi @HarveyB-B ,

Is the Email recipients inputbox not accepting any email id that you mention as part of your organization?

I had tried this with email ID from the organization and it worked for me. I have not tried with email id outside organization. Please share what error do you get when you mention full email address in the red highlighted box.

Hi @HarveyB-B,
Unfortunately, you are only able to schedule/send Emails to users with access as QuickSight requires login credentials to utilize.
