The QS scheduled reports are not being sent to the users. i,e to the email ID that are set for distributions, could you please help. I have gone through all the responses related to this topic and i have also raised a SIM regarding this. Appreciate your help on this subject.
Hi @Naren - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please confirm the below point. To share the report to any users, following conditions needs to be satisfied. ( Document Link - Scheduling and sending reports by email - Amazon QuickSight)
They are part of your Amazon QuickSight subscription.
You already shared the dashboard with them.
They have completed sign-up process to activate their subscription as Amazon QuickSight readers, authors, or admins.
Amazon QuickSight can’t send scheduled emails to more than 5,000 members.
Note - It is better to test with one user end to end to see the report is delivered or not before adding users to the groups.
yes , i have followed the steps and as a start point i’m testing a report to 2 users including myself but they are not getting delivered. The dashboard is already shared with the user.

Hi @Naren - Ok, can you test with one user ( add your details in the group) and test it. If it is still not delivered, best to engage AWS customer support team to understand what is happening in the backend.
Hi Sanjeeb, Yes i had done that aswell, tried already sending a test report only with myself ( nagnareb@amazon.lu) but i didn’t receive the email, all i could see is the published report in the QS schedule (using Amazonbi). Do you have the AWS contact that i can connect with?
