Quicksight report not being sent

I scheduled an email to be sent from my QS report but never received anything. when I went to the dashboard to send a test I got an email with this error:

Hello “cchahine”,

You are receiving this email because you are the owner of this dashboard: “[EU] [UTR] SA Roster Compliance”.

We can’t send your scheduled dashboard report at this time because of an internal failure. You can send the report directly to each subscriber instead.

If this issue persists, contact AWS Support for assistance.

this has been happening for 2 weeks now.

Thank you for letting us know. As indicated in the e-mail that you’d received, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
