I get the following error when I try to access my quick suite AIs and reports. Does anyone know of a solution to fix this? It worked fine first thing this morning but had this problem since I cleared my browser cache & cookies

Hi @alaparri1 and welcome to the Quick Community!
Based on the error you’re receiving, it looks as though you do not have the proper permissions assigned to your account that are needed to access these assets. If you are the admin, I would suggest checking your permissions to see if everything is setup correctly. If you are not, I would suggest reaching out to an account admin who can assist further with this matter. Unfortunately as this is a public facing forum, we do not have the ability to access private accounts or assist with matter relating to private accounts.
I don’t believe this is an access issue. I get this error like 70% of the times I try to log into QuickSuite, and some colleagues have the same issue. It just happens randomly. Yesterday I was able to login normally. Had to clear cache, and after that I get the same error again.
Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. I wanted to see if the guidance shared earlier helped resolve your question, or if you found a solution in the meantime.
If you still have any additional questions related to your initial post, feel free to share them. Otherwise, any update you’re able to provide within the next 3 business days would be helpful for the community.
@sotaaro@alaparri1 Are either of you using an SSO to login to your Quick accounts? I’m curious if it has something to do with authenticating identities across sessions.
Since I haven’t received any further updates from you, I’ll treat this inquiry as complete for now. If you have any additional questions, feel free to create a new post in the community and link this discussion for context.
