SIMT_New integration does not work to add watchers, any alternative solution to do so?

As the title suggests, I want to use Quick to cut tickets for me, but SIMT_New does not work to add watchers to the ticket. Any workaround or can I add a feature request, however I dont know whom to cut this feature request to..

Just to make sure I fully understand and potentially help with your question, could you please tell me which Quick Integration you are using (such as Zendesk or something similar)? Please let me know as well if I am misunderstanding your use case.

I did. I am not sure If I understood the question. It is the Quick Suite portal for Amazon and was using the chat feature.. So not Zendesk.. I was reading into SimT_New integration and it doesnt have update watchers in the list of actions it is capable of, Hence reached out to see if someone had a workaround.

Totally understand and apologies for the confusion. When looking into SIMT_New integration within the context of Quick, I believe that you need to have a third-party action connector such as the Zendesk one I mentioned. If I am misunderstanding your use case at all though, please feel free to provide more info/screenshots (such as any error message that might be appearing for you) so I can better understand.
